Our website is operated using Dealer Car Search and may use Dealer Car Search, LeadVenture, and other service providers to host, maintain, analyze, secure, and support website functions.

Depending on how you interact with EZ Ride, we may collect:

In-House Buy Here Pay Here Financing Information

EZ Ride offers its own in-house Buy Here Pay Here financing. If you apply for in-house financing, we may collect information necessary to evaluate your application, including:

• Employer contact information

• Income and other sources of income

• Housing expenses

• Debts, loans, credit-card obligations, and other financial obligations

EZ Ride's in-house Buy Here Pay Here program does not require a credit check. Information provided on an application may nevertheless be verified to determine whether the applicant meets EZ Ride's in-house financing requirements.

EZ Ride does not arrange outside financing. A customer may independently obtain financing from a bank, credit union, or other lender and use those funds to pay EZ Ride in full. Any information a customer provides directly to an independent lender is governed by that lender's privacy practices, not this Privacy Policy.

The existing policy already recognizes collection of identifiers, employment information, financial information and similar transaction information.

Website and Technical Information

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

The existing policy similarly states that customer lists are not sold, rented or leased and identifies service providers, business partners and other authorized providers as potential recipients.

Text Messages and Telephone Communications

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to text communications, EZ Ride or its authorized service provider may send communications relating to your inquiry, vehicle purchase, financing account, service request, appointment, customer service matter, or marketing where permitted.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that assist EZ Ride in delivering communications.

The existing policy already contains SMS consent, STOP/HELP instructions and restrictions on sharing mobile information for marketing. Current FCC rules also recognize common opt-out words such as STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE as reasonable methods of revoking consent to covered automated texts.

In-House Financing Records

Information collected for an in-house financing application may be used to evaluate the application, establish an account, administer payments, communicate with the customer, maintain required records, verify information supplied by the applicant, prevent fraud, and exercise or protect EZ Ride's legal rights.

Submission of a financing application does not guarantee approval, a particular down payment, payment amount, financing term, or vehicle.

Test Drives

A valid driver's license is required for test drives. EZ Ride may retain a copy of the driver's license or information from it for identification, safety, insurance, dealership recordkeeping, and other legitimate business purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no Internet transmission, electronic storage system, or method of storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The existing policy states that sensitive transmissions are protected and that systems containing personal information are maintained in secured environments.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, tax, dealership, financing, warranty, transaction, record-retention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business requirements.

The current policy uses the same purpose-based retention standard.

Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to other websites, social-media platforms, payment services, vehicle-history services, mapping services, or other third parties.

EZ Ride is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. Customers should review the privacy policies of those services before providing personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our website and dealership services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children in violation of applicable law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to:

Where the Dealer Car Search website provides a Your Privacy Choices or similar privacy-control link, you may also use that feature to manage applicable advertising or privacy preferences.

The existing website policy already provides for unsubscribe mechanisms and the website's “Your Privacy Choices” feature.

Certain website information is processed through Dealer Car Search and/or LeadVenture. Privacy requests relating specifically to information processed by those services may also be submitted using the privacy contact methods provided through the website's privacy tools or LeadVenture.
